Our machines are very easy to operate, you will be given a tutorial on how to use the machine once it has been delivered. We will also walk you through making the first batch of mix and make sure you know how to make any additional batches. An extra mix will be left on the cart and will only be charged for if used. You will have our cell phone where you can call us with any questions during your party.
30 – 45 minutes depending on the temperature and if the machine is placed indoors or outdoors, once the machine completes the first freeze cycle, it’s nonstop for the rest of the night, there’s no waiting between batches.
No, we do not, you will need to provide 2-3 liters of alcohol based on the strength and type of drink being made. FYI – all of our mixes are delicious without alcohol for business events and kids’ parties.
The machines are about the size of a large microwave and are delivered on a wheeled cart. They require a standard 12-volt 15-amp circuit (standard household plug). If an extension cord is needed, we will provide one. Since the machines draw about the same number of amps as a refrigerator or freezer, they MUST be plugged into a circuit that does not already have a large appliance connected to it. Most machine problems that arise are caused by the machine sharing circuit with a refrigerator, freezer or inflatable bounce house.
No, there’s no cleaning responsibilities nor charges for you. Just turn the machine off when your party is over.
No ice is needed, the mix is made for the machine and will freeze to a slushy consistency.
No, the machines weigh 200 pounds and must be left on the ground level unless an elevator is available.
No, the machine must remain at the delivery location.
$100 total payment will be kept for cancellations greater than 14 days prior to the arrival date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 14 days of the event.
